Peanut and Amy hanging out 11-15-08 Amy was the last horse I purchased this year. She does not have a colt but is pregnant. She immediately took all of the babies that were purchased this year under her wing but she seems to be very attached to Peanut and Peanut feels the same about Amy.

Well it started thawing and yipee we begin to deal with the mud Ugh It was way to muddy to move hay around in the pickup so I reloaded it on the pull along cart 12-28-08
Holy cow who turned off the heater. Water buckets frozen solid. I am taking them in the house to thaw them out. I had already attempted to de-ice one with a bucket of hot water and lost it to the great big split that little adventure produced :) ShKota (a Great Pyrenees) in the background is having a ball in the snow. 12-16-08
